All custom pieces are final sale — we are unable to accept returns on personalized pieces. These are orders by which the customer chooses the color, design, and size adjustment. Returns of custom items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Stock products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. We do exchange-only on return items.
