At Madelange Laroche Bridal, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. All custom pieces are final sale — we are unable to accept returns on personalized pieces. These are orders by which the customer chooses the color, design, and size adjustment. Returns of custom items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Stock products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. We do exchange-only on return items.
We takes pride in the quality of products delivered to our customers; we inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage or defect. If you receive a damaged custom product, please report the damage within 48 hours to our Customer Service Department during normal customer service hours.
We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images no larger than 300k each. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After the claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.
Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for proof.
Designed, cut and sewn in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as this item is made to order.
